Breakfast – 7.30am to 11am: start your day with a rich breakfast from the breakfast buffet. Late sleepers can have their breakfast delivered direct to their room until 2pm.
Lunch – 1pm to 2.30pm: a lovely lunch awaits you in the show kitchen. Choose from fresh salads, tasty soups of the day, delicious pasta and two cold meals of the day.
Afternoon Snacks – 3pm to 5 pm: Homemade cakes, coffee and tea, juices, water and fruits are at your disposal. Those of you, who are hungry from doing sports, can also enjoy warm pasta in the afternoon.

We only cook with regional products of the seasonin our excellent cuisine. Taste the Eichhofasparagus during your spring in Naturno. With the asparagus, we serve the delicious Bozner Sauce. Here is the recipe, to cook at home.
Bozner Sauce
(for 2 people)
4 hard-boiled eggs (diced)
2 teaspoons mustard
1 cocktail gherkin (chopped)
1 Tablespoon capers (chopped)
4 Tablespoons finely cut chives
8 Tablespoons oil
8 Tablespoons white wine vinegar
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
Salt and sugarto taste
Put the mustard and white wine vinegar in a bowl, and whisk thoroughly. Drop in the oil slowly, until you get a mayonnaise-like emulsion. Season with salt, lemon juice and a touch of sugar. Add the chopped capers and gherkins. Place asparagus on a plate, pour the sauce on top of it and put the finely cut chives and the diced hard-boiled eggs on the sauce.
