Biking in South Tyrol: the Stilfserjoch Bet 2011
Challenge your host Joachim Nischler on the annual Stilfserjoch Bet: Joachim Nischler cycles the cult bike tour from Prad (907 metres above sea level) to the Stilfserjoch (2,758 metres above sea level) every Tuesday from the beginning of July to the beginning of October. The car transfer from Naturns to Laas and warm-up to the official start will be organised. After that the timing starts for the 24.6 kilometres. Those who manage to leave Joachim Nischler behind get a wellness voucher worth Euro 100,- (value cannot be collected in cash) for wellness treatments at the Hotel Lindenhof.
The Stilfserjoch Bet 2011:
Cycle your personal best: female cyclists who manage the distance in under 3 hours and men who manage in under 2.5 hours until the end of season are automatically entering the big Storck raffle in mid December. Storck invites you do Idstein: where two cult frames of the Storck Fascenario 0.8 including fork worth Euro 3,400 are drawn.
- All participants are invited middle of december from Lumen-Wiesbaden to visit the centre – super catering included.
- Mens and womens are timed seperately
- All Lindenhof guests who have booked a double room for a minimum of three nights in the above mentioned timeframe are allowed to enter the competition, please make us aware of your race participation at least 1 week prior to the race.
- You can ride MTB or road bikes – depending on your wishes.
