Work out during your holiday in South Tyrol

Conquering your weaker self is not easy – our personal trainer will help you! Benefit during your holiday at the Lindenhof Hotel from our very own personal coach Christian, who will compile an individualautumn fitness programme for you.

Hiking, mountain biking, tennis or keeping one eye on the upcoming winter ski season – there are many reasons to keep fit in the autumn. If you don’t want to do fitness all by yourself, you can plan a fitness week at our hotel. Enjoy working out with other guests or our personal coach. Start personal fitness training or improve your fitness level – a personal work out programme will be compiled for your particular needs.

  • Monday – for a smooth start, Yoga in the morning
  • Tuesday – introduction to Nordic Walking on the Rittersteig
  • Wednesday – sauna infusion, to relax the muscles with Christian
  • Thursday – Pilates, to find your inner balance
  • Friday – go on a Nordic Walking tour to the Unterstell
  • Saturday – enjoy a relaxing massage
