Spa etiquette at the Lindenhof Hotel in South Tyrol
In order to save your desired treatment we recommend booking a counselling appointment and treatment in advance to your arrival. You will receive your confirmation on the day of your arrival at our hotel.
Spa Hotel Lindenhof
In order to be able to enjoy the full treatment we kindly ask you to be at the spa front desk 10 minutes before your appointment. Out of respect for the guests after you, in case of a late arrival on your behalf we have to reduce your treatment durance.
Clothing
Please wear your bathrobe for your treatment. In order to secure your privacy we offer you disposable panties with every treatment and will respect your privacy during the treatments.
Exceptions:
Dorn treatments, Dorn & Breuss treatments, Shiatsu – please wear casual clothes. The sauna area is a nude area. Please wear swimwear in the pool area.
Meeting your requests
Experienced counselling is part of our treatments and is very important to us. Before every treatment we ask for your individual treatment aims and wishes and try to meet them during the treatments.
Cancelling
Please make sure to cancel your appointment within at least 24hours before the treatment. In case of late cancellation we will unfortunately have to charge the full price.
Opening hours
- Beauty area from 8.30am – 7.00pm
- Pool/fitness area from 7.00am – 7.00pm
- Sauna from 12.30pm – 7.30pm
Children and treatments/sauna
The beauty area is a place of peace. Please understand that only children at the age of 16 or older are allowed in these areas.
