I suppose we are a bit bike-crazy at the Lindenhof. There’s Helmut, our manager in the restaurant and our best downhill MTB rider, there’s Herbert, our chef de rang and our kilometre-clocker with the racing bike (almost 10,000 km last year), there’s our state-qualified bike guide Gerd, on the go all year and the best horse in our stable is our assistant manager Joachim, who as an excuse to keep fit and enjoy biking, has devised the following:
- Once a week he takes you biking up to the Stilfser Joch
- Transfer by car from Naturns to Spondinig is organised
- Easy ride to the official starting point in Prad
- From there on you will be timed
- If you beat Joachim you will receive a wellness voucher worth 100,00 €
All Lindenhof guests are entitled to enter as long as they have booked at least one double room for min. 3 days during the above period and have notified us at the Lindenhof at least one week before the race takes place. You can race on a MTB or on a racing bike, whichever you prefer. N.B.: No separate grading. So feel free to tell all your bike-crazy friends!
