TuinaThe traditional Chinese massage is called Tuina or Anmo in Chinese. It is especially effective for disturbances of the musculo-skeletal system and for the symptoms of pain, circulatory problems, restricted movement. Tuina is also indicated for arthrosis, operations, physical injury, a stroke, after injuries to the nerves but also for vegetative dysfunctions (nervous stomach, tension headaches, migraines, muscle tension
).
With massage techniques such as pushing, stroking, pressing, rubbing, palpitating and the slapping technique of vibration, the most utilised points - trigger or maximal points are treated.
The TUINA re-establishes the equilibrium of Yin und Yang. The circulation in the Meridian system is normalised. It has an effect of aiding the blood circulation, works positively on the cardio-vascular system, is definitely pain-mitigating and strengthens the body's immune defences.

Pantai LuarPantai Luar is a traditional transmitted practice from East Asia. Pantai Luar is a special massage technique with thermophysical elements. Or, put more simply an anointment of the whole body with special preheated oils. At the end, a so-called herbal stamp, heated in special oil, is massaged with rapid motion into the oiled parts of the body. The thermal receptors send a signal of burned skin, but that does not occur. By dint of this procedure, a repair system in the body is set in motion, which leads to a deep state of relaxation. Muscle tensions and rigidities are relaxed, and cell activation and renewal are activated.
