- Saturday, November 7th, 6pm aperitif with torchlight in the tower, Joachim Nischler will lead into the programme of the wine week.
- Sunday, November 8th, 7pm gourmet dinner around the topic of Italy, eight course cocktail dinner with wine tasting. (Seven wines, price in total: Euro50,-)
- Monday, November 9th, 10am hiking tour with the Nieschler Family, Barolo Day: every Barolo is half price.
- Tuesday, November 10th, 9.40am trip with the Vinschger railway to Schlanders, hiking tour to the vinery of Befehlhof. (approx. 1.5hours) Followed by traditional snack and wine tasting with Oswald Schuster (Euro 15,-) then its onwards to Goldrain, returning to Naturs by train.
- Wednesday, November 11th, 8.30am bus ride to the winery Pojer & Sandri, guided tour, then onwards to the winery of Foradori Elisabetta. Followed by a two course gourmet meal at the Ristorante la Cacciatora (Euro 40,-). Returning to Hotel Lindenhof at approx. 5.30pm
- Thursday, November 12th, open house day at the local vintners (Euro 10,-) 7pm gourmet dinner around the theme of South Tyrol: eight courses and wine tasting with seven wines. (Euro 50,-)
- Friday, November 13th, vespa ride, wine tasting and fun wine hiking tour with quiz to the Schnatzhof winery located at 1.600 metres above sea level. (Euro 20,-) Brunello day: every brunello is half price
