In these days there is only one thing that matters: protecting you and our staff. Staying healthy is absolutely essential. Therefore, the Lindenhof Lifestyle DolceVita Resort is closed right now. Just like everybody else, we hope that we can go back to life (and business) as usual soon. Until that day, you can contact us via telephone (+39 0473 666 242) every day from 9 a.m. to 12 midday, as well as from 2 to 5 p.m. In case you are not available at these hours or prefer written communication, please send us an email to info@lindenhof.it. We are looking forward to reading from you and/or calling you back.

Frequently Asked Questions about the Adults Only Hotel in South Tyrol

When is the Lindenhof an adults-only hotel in South Tyrol?
In 2026 the Lindenhof will be an adults-only hotel during two periods: from 06.03.2026 to 27.03.2026 in spring and from 08.11.2026 to 08.12.2026 in late autumn. In total this amounts to around seven weeks per year during which exclusively adults are in the hotel. Outside these periods we warmly welcome families with children.
What does “adults only” mean at the Lindenhof exactly?
During the adults-only weeks, only guests aged 16 and over are in the hotel. There is no children’s programme and no family offerings. The entire hotel is geared towards peaceful relaxation, enjoyment and personal retreats. The Wellness Tower is exclusively available to guests on all 4 floors, with various pools, saunas, 7 relaxation rooms and the Pure Thermal Terrace with Kneipp pool, barefoot trail and thermal water.
Which wellness and gourmet extras are included in the adults-only weeks?
During the adults-only weeks all regular inclusive services are included, complemented by additional peace and privacy throughout the entire hotel. Wellness highlights include the 5,000 m² spa landscape with 8 pools, 7 saunas and the hotel’s own thermal water. For active guests the sports pool and the giant water slide in the basement are also available. Culinary delights include the three-quarter gourmet board with a 7-course à-la-carte dinner under head chef Giosuè Nappo. For special moments we recommend our optional extras: a private dinner arrangement, an exclusive wine tasting in our wine cellar or a Private Spa Date for a romantic evening for two in the wellness area.
Can couples with children arrive during the adults-only weeks?
No, during the adults-only weeks children and teenagers under the age of 16 are not in the hotel. Guests wishing to arrive with children are advised to stay outside these periods. During the remaining weeks the Lindenhof is perfectly set up as a family hotel.

Adults Only periods are the right choice for couples and adults seeking a romantic break for two with the 5,000 m² adults-only spa, candle-lit dinners and partner treatments. The atmosphere is reduced and intimate. Family time at the Lindenhof Resort welcomes families with the supervised children's and youth programme from Easter to All Saints Day, 6 days a week, with the Lindi's Kidsclub at the heart of the experience. Outside the dedicated Adults Only periods you can still enjoy the year-round adults-only spa as your quiet refuge.
