Andreas Pircher has been working with great enthusiasm and motivation at the DolceVita Hotel Lindenhof since 1997. He has managed the eleven-strong kitchen team for the past 20 years.

Andreas knows the art of cooking and the challenges in a kitchen. He appreciates fresh products and knows how to refine them without using artificial additives. Freshness and the use of seasonal and regional, high-quality products from South Tyrol are of great importance to him. Using the right cooking method, his dishes are light and prepared with great care.
